Rubin Diamant Diadem der englischen Königin Viktoria
Rubin Diamant Parure
Das Armband gehört zu einem Schmuckset mit Rubinen und Diamanten aus dem Besitz der englischen Königin Victoria, das passende Diadem ist aus Diamant besetzten Ornamenten wie kleine Erdbeerblätter geformt, es ging später an ihre Tochter Prinzessin Beatrice über.
Die Brosche mit Anhänger und der Kopfschmuck sind ebenfalls mit Rubinen und Diamanten besetzt, zu der Rubingarnitur soll noch ein Paar Ohrringe gehören, die hier im Portrait nicht sichtbar sind.
Am Hals gut erkennbar, trägt Königin Victoria einen herzförmigen Anhänger mit Diamanten ausgefasst, ein Armband mit einem Medaillion, sowie mehrer Ringe als Schmuck, abgesehen von dem Hosenbandorden am Arm und den für die Schärpe an der Hüfte.

The Ruby and Diamond Parure
Above, an earlier painting of Queen Victoria of Great Britain and North Ireland wearing part of her ruby parure. The necklace, brooch and a headjewel, typical of this time, like a bandeau.
Her husband Prince Albert’s had designed the jewels and jewelry which she wore, arranged for her.This ruby and diamond necklace and brooch ist matching, the coronet pattern tiara consisting of 14 lozenge-shaped clusters & 13 strawberry leaves with ruby and diamond band - part of a suite with necklace, brooch and earrings (Given to Princess Beatrice on her marriage 23 July 1885).
