In der Yusupov Juwelen Collection befand sich auch ein spektakulärer dreieckiger Diamant Devante de Corsage mit "Diamands bleus" , blauen Diamanten, Prinzessin Zenaida Yusupova, trägt ihn als Ornament am Bustier.
Ein zentraler Bogen von drei Schleifen mit einem großen Diamanten in der Mitte, an dem ein großer Diamanttropfen hängt, ist an drei Seiten durch Bänder mit Schleifen verbunden, die jeweils zwei Schleifen haben mit einem großen Diamanttropfen daran angehängt. Die Devante de Corsage wurde von Boucheron hergestellt, siehe Abbildung oben aus dem Boucheron-Archiv.
Das Haus Chaumet hat für die Jussupows auch eine hübsche Aigrette gefertigt, die einen Sonnenaufgang darstellt, mit einem großen Diamanten in der Mitte, von dem 33 Diamantstrahlen ausgehen, siehe oben.
Der zentrale Diamant ist wahrscheinlich der "Sultan von Marokko", ein stahlfarbener Diamant von 35,67 Karat, der sich seit 1840 im Besitz der Jusopuvs befunden hatte und Ende der 1920er Jahre verkauft wurde.
Wahrscheinlich ist die Aigrette auch mit dem Polar Star Diamand, als Mittelpunkt zu tragen, wie eine aufgehende Sonne und den gelben Diamanten als Zentrum..
Für die große Chaumet Diamant Tiara die wie eine grosse Sonne wirkt könnten die beiden grossen Diamanten der Familie ebenfalls verwendet werden als austauschbares Zentrum. - hergestellt für Prinzessin Irina von Russland, Prinzessin Yusupov .
The Yusupov Jewelery Collection also featured a most spectacular triangular-shaped diamond stomacher studded with "diamands bleus". Princess Yusupova is pictured with the devante de corsage on the left.
A central bow of three loops with a large diamond at its center from which a large diamond drop hangs, it is bound by ribbons on three sides with bows, each with two loops and a large diamond drop. The devante de corsage was made by Boucheron; see the picture above from the Boucheron Archive.
Blue Diamond Sultan of Marocco | Historic Blue Diamonds
The House of Chaumet had also made a pretty aigrette for the Yusupovs, representing a sunrise, with a large diamond in the center, from which 33 diamond rays emanated, see above.
The central diamond is probably the "Sultan of Morocco", a 35.67 carat cushion cut, natural steel-coloured (greyish-blue) diamond that had been owned by the Yusupovs since 1840 and sold in the late 1920s.
The Sultan of Morocco is claimed to be the fourth largest blue diamond (Nature reveals they are "superdeep" diamonds, meaning they crystallized much deeper in the earth than most other diamonds. Remarkably, the boron atoms contained in these blue gems may have been originally derived from ancient oceans).
The blue-grey diamond was probably interchangeable with the Polar Star diamond adding versatility to the aigrette. The aigrette was made as a gift for Princess Irina of Russia, Princess Yusupov.
Some details from the picture above: the Princess Zenaida wears as head jewel, the Lemonnier pearl and diamond stomacher from the French Crown Jewels with the Regente pearl removed and placed up right on her aigrette.
Along the frontside of her gown, a lot of jewels are seen, cluster-brooches in diverent sizes, not all are known.
