Raja Sir Joginder Sen Bahadur, 18th Raja of Mandi 1913 -1986.
The ruler of Mandi, married to Princess Amrit, daughter of the Maharaja of Kapurthala, had his emeralds, among them an engraved one of 68,81carats, set into a headdress by Cartier.
