Above the Raja of Mandi, wearing a emerald, natural pearl and diamond bandeau made by Cartier, circa 1925 and later. He use it as a headjewel on his turban, pinnend, behind the sarpech, on top. Another bandeau below is matching the decoration.
The front set with circular- and single-cut diamonds, surmounted with emerald beads and natural pearls, respectively topped with seed pearls or green enameled beads, to a later added double row bandeau composed of natural pearls, length approximately 440mm, signed Cartier, French assay marks for platinum.

Sotheby offered it for auction in Geneve November 2019, stating that the pearls were found to be natural, saltwater, and that the emeralds are of Colombian origin, with a moderate amount of oil in fissures.
