Lady Gabriella Windsor die Tochter von Prinz Michael und seiner Frau Marie-Christine von Reibnitz, wurde wärend der Rennwoche in Ascot 2023 mit einer Brosche gesehen, die der Beschreibung nach eines der 8 Exemplare der Brautjungfern Broschen erinnert, die Prinz Georg anlässlich seiner Hochzeit mit Prinzessin Marina von Griechenland, den Damen geschenkt hat.
The daughter of Prince Michael, Lady Gabriella Windsor and Thomas Kingston tied the knot at St. George's Chapel, Windsor Castle on 18th May 2019.
In 2023 she was seen at the Royal Ascot, wearing an Art-deco Aquamarine and Diamond Brooch, wich was probably one of the eight Bridesmaids Brooches, that was given from Princes George of Great Britain and Irelands, the Duke of Kent to each of the Bridesmaids.
The bridesmaids, in white crepe marocain, were all wearing the dainty brooches, with the initial of the bride M+G
and bridegroom entwined, that had been the bridegroom's gift, to them, and white bandeau.
White Crepe Frocks. PER grown-up bridesmaids will wear frocks of white crepe, interwoven with a silver thread. Nine yards has been used for each skirt, one yard less than that required for Queen Victoria's wedding gown, and they are out on modernised Victorian lines with the fulness of tho skirts starting from the hipline and swinging out gracefully ground length. They will have long sleeves, gradually widening towards the cuffs, whero they will be about a foot wide. The bodices will have slight cowl and cross-over at the back Silver lame sashes will finish off the waist, and link up the scheme of silver and white which will characterise the bridal retinue. The Child Bridesmaids. TIHE child bridesmaids, Princess Elizabeth and Princess Mary Cambridge, will be dressed in knee-length frocks of a soft brocaded material—a beautiful delicate fabric of white covered with silver spots. The frocks have plain bodices and frilly skirts veiled with white net, while their shoes will be of the same white and silver fabric. It is expected that white roses will compose tho wreaths of all the bridesmaids, and pearl necklaces will all probability be the only ornaments worn.
